I agree that all of the above are critical aspects of only online project. However, I think that the biggest single challenge is getting traffic. Unless you are prepared to go down the risky PPC route this takes a lot of time and effort. Sites like Ezinearticles and Hubpages are good for getting immediate, free traffic.
